好评：本地团游是非常方便的，旅行社非常可靠，已经是第二次选择开元。时间安排合理，省去大交通导航找路订酒店的烦恼，开元合作的导游也非常好！行程安排合理，在有限的时间内尽力体验的丰富多彩。
[差评]导游张承不能说是太好了，只能说是完美。非常幸运有他作为导游带我们游玩。

好评：我爱戛纳，3月份和老伴一起参加了欧洲当地旅游团，一路上走了几个不同国家，时间短，效率高，虽然走马观花，但非常适合我们老年人出游，了解到了很多知识，也感谢导游无微不至的照顾。
其中我觉得戛纳和摩纳哥是一个非常棒的地方，让我流连忘返，还会再来度假

好评：因为和男朋友第一次去欧洲玩，欧洲有很多想去玩的地方，想在欧洲跨国玩，就在携程上找了一个团，后面携程就把我们分配到开元周游啦，真的走了特别特别多的地方
从巴黎-瑞士-米兰-威尼斯-罗马-佛罗伦萨-比萨-摩纳哥-戛纳-里昂-巴黎这个路线主要是看意大利的城市会多一些
特别特别喜欢这个团会安排两顿中餐啊！！！！！
真的太适合中国宝宝体制了！而且我们导游还准备送了我们8+1！太开心！

好评：Dear Kaiyuan Tour,
We booked your 7-day tour through 途风旅游网 to tag on at the end of our 2-month trip in Europe. Honestly, we did not expect much at such a reasonable price for a 7 days bus tour. We were in for a pleasant surprise because the tour had far exceeded our expectation. Our tour guide, Mr. John Yao, did an outstanding job in presenting background info for each attraction (unfortunately, we missed most of it due to our poor Mandarin comprehension). I also appreciate him sending us nightly reminder for our next day schedules including preparation for weather and walking distance etc. All the extra fees that we paid as part of the add-ons are well worth it with the exception of a couple Chinese dinners that we could do without. However, we didn't mind because it gave us a chance to mingle with our tour members during meals. During the tour, most of us became a close group and trying to look out for each other. Due to the small number of tour members on a large bus, it was quite comfortable ride and we were all very good in keeping up with our schedules. Because most of the hotels are outside of the main cities, we could stay at some of the very nice hotels with breakfast included.
I want to send your company and Mr. Yao this thank you note for the wonderful experience. This is our first time joining this type of bus tour. Based on our recent experience, for sure we will do it again in the near future and your company and, hopefully with Mr. Yao as our tour guide, will definitely be our first choice when we go again.
